Trip plan
Day 1 — Nashik to Matheran
Drive to Neral and up to the Dasturi car park, then into Matheran on foot, by horse or e-rickshaw; Charlotte Lake and Echo Point, sunset at Louisa Point.
Day 2 — Viewpoints & return
Sunrise at Panorama Point, One Tree Hill and Alexander Point, then back down to Dasturi and the drive home.
Good to know: Matheran is vehicle-free — your car waits at Dasturi Naka. Pack light, and check whether the Neral–Matheran toy train is running if you want to ride it.
