Trip plan

Day 1 — Nashik to Ganpatipule

Long drive down to the Konkan via Chiplun; evening darshan and sunset on Ganpatipule beach.

Day 2 — Aare-Ware & Ratnagiri

The twin beaches of Aare-Ware, then Ratnagiri — Thibaw Palace, Ratnadurg Fort and Bhagwati temple, and Lokmanya Tilak's birthplace.

Day 3 — Parshuram & return

Morning darshan, then the Parshuram temple near Chiplun on the way back to Nashik.

Good to know: The sea at Ganpatipule has strong currents — swim only where the lifeguards allow. October to May is the best season.
